1
Thaw a piece of dragon fish. -
2
Two slices of lemon, one egg, and appropriate amount of bread crumbs. -
3
Apply lemon juice to both sides of the fish to remove the fishy smell, and apply an appropriate amount of salt evenly on both sides. -
4
Sprinkle cracked black pepper, chili powder, and sesame pepper powder evenly on both sides. (I ran out of mine and used black pepper powder.) The Longli fish is so delicious that it doesn’t need to be marinated. -
5
Coat both sides with flour. -
6
Brush both sides with egg wash. -
7
Both sides are covered with bread crumbs. -
8
Sprinkle a layer of peppercorns and chili powder on both sides, chop the lemon peel and sprinkle a little for decoration (only the yellow peel part, the white part is bitter). There are bread crumbs on it. If you don't want to brush the bread crumbs off, use an oil brush to evenly drizzle some peanut oil on it. It won't be dry roasted, but it should be slightly oily. -
9
Place tin foil on a baking sheet, brush a thin layer of peanut oil on the position where the fish is placed, and place the fish on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for five minutes. Place the baking sheet in, cover with tin foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the tin foil and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes to brown. -
10
Bake the front side until done. -
11
Use a potCarefully scoop it up with a shovel, turn it over (I forgot to apply oil on this side of the tin foil, it is a bit dry, and it doesn't look as good as the front), drizzle a little oil on it, and bake for 10 minutes. -
12
Completed. I didn’t use a spatula when turning it over, so it was a bit ruined ???? -
13
Cut into appropriate lengths. Just push it carefully onto the plate. -
14
It has a beautiful appearance, golden color, and the fish meat is fresh and tender without thorns. -

Tips
Longli fish meat is easy to fall apart, so use a spatula to turn it over. When applying salt, be sure to apply it in an appropriate amount so that the Longli fish can easily absorb the flavor.
