Ingredients (9)
- 160g pkt Masterfoods homestyle mediterranean marinade
- 4 pork loin chops
- Steamed green beans, to serve
- SunRice White Medium Grain Rice, to serve
Fresh Nectarine Salsa
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- 3 tsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 nectarines, diced
Method
- Step 1 Lay the chops out on a plate and coat both sides with the marinade. Stand for 10 mins.
- Step 2 Cook pork chops in a lightly oiled, large non-stick frying pan for 4 mins each side. Rest for 5 mins.
- Step 3 To make the Salsa: Combine the nectarines, onion, mint, vinegar and oil in a bowl.
- Step 4 Serve the chops with the salsa, green beans and steamed rice.
