Ingredients (3)

  • 2 cups diced seedless watermelon (see note)
  • 1/2 tsp rosewater
  • 2 tbsp cranberry cordial

Method

  • Step 1 Place ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into mould, leaving 5mm for expansion when freezing. Place lids on moulds. Freeze overnight.
  • Step 2 Remove icy poles from moulds. Serve.
