Prepare peas and light cream. -

First put the peas into a boiling pot and blanch them in water. The time is about 1 minute. -

Remove and soak in cold water (this will keep the peas green). -

Tips
If you like it sweet, you can add sugar. If you don’t have a breaker, you can use a food processor. The portion size is the amount of a bowl of pea soup.
