Ingredients (4)
- 6 strawberries, hulled, halved
- 2 rosehip and hibiscus tea bags, strings removed
- 1 tbsp orange juice orange zest, to serve
- Chopped strawberries, to serve
Method
- Step 1 Place strawberry halves and tea bags in a saucepan. Add 5 cups cold water. Bring to the boil over medium-high heat.
- Step 2 Boil for 3 minutes or until fragrant and deep red. Add orange juice. Stir to combine. Place orange zest and chopped strawberries in a heatproof jug. Strain tea into jug. Serve.
